You will collaborate with engineers, designers, analysts, and product experts to develop and implement technical solutions, solve complex problems, and contribute to our mission of providing secure and scalable financial services. We are looking for a driven, curious team player who can respond quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a BI & Data Science team of around 10 professionals within the Risk department.
- Develop and implement a vision for the team that aligns with the overall strategy of Risk, Credit, and Compliance.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
- Establish and monitor key metrics and KPIs for various risk-related business units.
- Ensure the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address BI and data science needs.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance throughout all processes.
- Stay updated with the latest BI tools and data science techniques to improve capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or data analytics.
- 4+ years of experience in leading and managing a BI or Data Science team.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and data science platforms like Python or R.
- Experience with cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
