Senior Manager Business Analysis

About the Job:

In this pivotal role, you will lead the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business and technology capabilities within the company. Your focus will be on translating operational requirements into scalable solutions that deliver strategic business outcomes and long-term value.

You will drive the identification, validation, and prioritisation of business and technology requirements, collaborating closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, developers, and vendors. Your role will include evaluating business needs, conducting feasibility assessments, and recommending innovative solutions that support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities include analyzing current and future operating models, identifying improvement opportunities, defining transformation requirements, and facilitating successful organizational change through technology adoption. You will provide strategic leadership in governance and continuous improvement of operational processes, performance monitoring, and technology management practices.

About You:
You should have:

• A degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Technology Transformation, or related fields.
• Experience in leading teams and driving complex initiatives.
• Deep expertise in business requirements analysis, process transformation, business intelligence, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels are crucial for this role. Experience with enterprise-wide transformation programs, operational performance management, and data-driven decision-making is preferred.
