Senior Manager - Business Analytics

The Senior Manager of Business Analytics leads the delivery of use cases, maintains and drives the use case roadmap, and collaborates with sponsors to define the strategic vision for use cases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business domain and will build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the squad’s efforts align with overall strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate the use case roadmap and collaborate with various stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Partner with Business Units (BUs) to effectively act on analytics insights.
• Ensure adoption of analytics across impacted teams by developing incentives, KPIs, and operational alignment.
• Design clear and effective feedback loops with customers and stakeholders aligned with the business domain.
• Provide progress and impact updates to BU leadership and collaborate on resolving implementation challenges.
• Regularly track the financial impact and performance of use case implementations.
• Support squad members in their development, set goals and priorities for each sprint, and communicate business leadership feedback to the squad.

Location: United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science & Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience within the business domain.
• Proven experience in working with high-performing teams and in agile environments.
• Previous experience leading analytics projects and working with a team of data scientists or data engineers.

Work Conditions: Full-time, on-site position.
