Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate the use case roadmap and collaborate with various stakeholders for smooth delivery.
- Partner with Business Units (BUs) to effectively act on analytics insights.
- Ensure adoption of analytics across impacted teams by developing incentives, KPIs, and operational alignment.
- Design clear and effective feedback loops with customers and stakeholders aligned with the business domain.
- Provide progress and impact updates to BU leadership and collaborate on resolving implementation challenges.
- Regularly track the financial impact and performance of use case implementations.
- Support squad members in their development, set goals and priorities for each sprint, and communicate business leadership feedback to the squad.
Location: United Arab Emirates (On-site)
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Management, Computer Science & Engineering, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the business domain.
- Proven experience in working with high-performing teams and in agile environments.
- Previous experience leading analytics projects and working with a team of data scientists or data engineers.
