ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager – Commercial Promotions takes end-to-end ownership of the Promotions workstream. Building on the initial foundations already in place, the role holder will design, build and embed a cross-functional promotions operating model – from strategy and planning through execution and post-evaluation – aligning Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations around one integrated promotional process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of best-in-class commercial processes and standards.
- Guarantee implementation of best practices and ensure standardization in all countries.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, working with Data Analytics and Merchandising & Sourcing teams to recommend appropriate solutions to develop and implement strategy.
- Oversee the development and execution from ideation to commercialization, managing cross-functional teams, timelines, and ensuring milestones are met.
- Identify risks and set up ways to reduce them.
- Assess the current state, define the target operating model (processes, governance, roles and responsibilities/RACI, tools), and lead its implementation. Turn early structures into scalable standards.
- Conduct prototyping and testing/pilots before rollout.
- Set clear objectives aligned with leadership strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree with management specialization.
- Master’s in Business Administration is an advantage.
- 7-10 years of overall experience and 5+ years in retail.
- 8-10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consulting.
- Demonstrated experience building functions, processes, or operating models from scratch (greenfield or turnaround).
- Retail commercial background in trading, category management, pricing, or promotions.
