Position

The Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Compliance Technology provides subject matter expertise to the company and its business units’ integrity & compliance ecosystem through data-driven analysis and AI-enabled tools. This role combines analytical acumen with compliance domain knowledge to design, implement, and sustain technology solutions that enhance visibility, detect risks proactively, lead on investigations, create dashboards, automate loss-prevention monitoring, and support evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data analytics tools and dashboards models to identify patterns, anomalies, and early indicators of compliance risks (e.g. bribery and corruption, conflict of interest, policy breaches, third party risks, human rights noncompliance).
  • Lead and support the review of compliance technology tools and create linked dashboards such as compliance management systems, case management, and analytics dashboards.
  • Support investigations through forensic data extraction, transaction analysis, fuzzy matches, and visualization of evidence-based findings.
  • Improve compliance reporting dashboards and visualizations for Ethics Committees and the Board.
  • Develop AI-enabled solutions for the compliance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, computer science, or information systems.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in compliance analytics, fraud detection analytics, or data science.
  • Experience with compliance, ethics, or investigations data, with familiarity in FCPA, UKBA, AML, and general compliance frameworks preferred.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python is a must along with any equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying analytics and AI to compliance, ethics, and investigations data. Experience in designing or deploying AI models or LLM-based tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of forensic eDiscovery/forensic analytics systems such as Nuix, Relativity, Outlook eDiscovery, or other similar tools.
