Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Risk

The role of Senior Manager - Cybersecurity Risk is responsible for managing and overseeing the organization’s information security risk management framework. This position ensures that security risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and reported in alignment with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and industry best practices. The Senior Manager will support incident management, policy development, and compliance initiatives to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

Key responsibilities include effectively communicating cybersecurity risks and posture to senior management, developing security risk profiles of computer systems by assessing threats and vulnerabilities, creating risk mitigation strategies, conducting risk analysis for major changes, and utilizing continuous monitoring tools to assess risk levels. The Senior Manager will also enforce compliance with information security policies and ensure that cybersecurity risks are managed through the organizational governance process.

Qualifications for this role include a tertiary level qualification from a recognized institution, preferred industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or ISO 27001, and 5 to 7 years of experience in Enterprise and Information Risk Management. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in cybersecurity-related assessments. This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is on-site full-time.
