Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end data and AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee data collection, processing, modeling, and AI-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, understanding their data needs and challenges.
- Present AI and data-driven solutions to clients, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Work on business development opportunities by identifying potential clients and markets for AI and data solutions.
- Support pre-sales efforts, including solution design, proposal development, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create AI-driven offerings and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data analytics trends to drive innovation.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
- Train and mentor teams on best practices in data management and AI integration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in data management, AI solutions, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in handling data projects, AI-driven solutions, and business intelligence.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, pre-sales, and business development.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, machine learning models, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, AI frameworks, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, etc.) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
