Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability models across all business functions.
- Lead the adoption of data governance principles to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- Define and monitor key data quality metrics (accuracy, completeness, timeliness, consistency).
- Implement data quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of data-related issues.
- Assure compliance with KSA data governance regulations and policies.
- Develop internal standards to guide data capture and validation, access, usage, masking, storage, archival, and retention.
- Collaborate with different functions to implement data governance policies and standards.
- Enforce necessary controls and comply with all related information security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in data management governance.
- Experience in developing internal data policies and processes.
- Strong understanding of ethical laws, policies, and regulations impacting data management.
- Up-to-date on industry developments and emerging issues in data.
