Senior Manager - Development

About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to landmark projects that bring together long-term vision, rigorous planning, and coordinated delivery across multiple stakeholders and disciplines. As Senior Manager - Development, you will play a key role in driving major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will help shape decisions that influence project direction, delivery strategy, and overall development outcomes while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 9-12 years of experience managing large-scale real estate or development projects, including mixed-use and large-scale masterplan developments.
• Strong experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and external delivery partners.
• Experience working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and senior internal decision-makers.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based financial modeling or reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Native-level English proficiency.
