About the Role
Support the Director, Product Management in managing the company's Corporate Marketing digital product portfolio, with an emphasis on digital marketing, MarTech, customer experience, and connected digital platforms. The Senior Manager will provide hands-on product and portfolio support across multiple areas, including discovery, roadmap and prioritization analysis, backlog readiness, delivery coordination, launch readiness, performance tracking, and stakeholder alignment. This role will be instrumental in developing the analysis and recommendations necessary to support the Director-led vision, investment decisions, and other key organizational decisions.

Responsibilities
- Portfolio strategy, prioritization and roadmap support: Assist the Director in shaping product direction and roadmaps. Evaluate initiatives based on value, customer impact, urgency, effort, readiness, risk, dependencies, reuse, and strategic alignment; translate the agreed direction into MVP scope, sequencing, and trade-off recommendations.
- Product discovery and business translation: Conduct structured discovery sessions with business stakeholders, users, data analysts, and delivery teams to define problems, desired outcomes, customer journeys, use cases, capabilities, success measures, and clear requirements.
- Backlog, requirements and ways of working: Maintain and organize backlogs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release scope, ensuring clear hierarchy, ownership, decision documentation, and traceability throughout product tools.
- Delivery and lifecycle coordination: Oversee product work from design phase through to build, testing, launch, and optimization. Collaborate with Delivery, UX/UI, Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, vendors, and other teams to manage blockers, dependencies, and risks.
- Technology and solution decision support: Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering to evaluate build, buy, reuse, and hybrid options, assessing customer value, capability fit, integration, scalability, speed, cost, and reuse across products.
- Customer experience, measurement and optimization: Advocate for user-centric design, accessibility, localization, and content readiness. Aid in defining KPIs and measurement frameworks, ensuring analytics are woven into requirements, and leveraging performance and customer insights for improvement.
- Portfolio governance and stakeholder coordination: Manage portfolio intake, stage-gate processes, reporting, and escalation frameworks under the guidance of the Director. Ensure visibility of ownership, scope, funding needs, dependencies, decisions, and approvals while coordinating alignment across key teams daily.
- Financial, resource and vendor support: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, business case development, resource planning, investment analysis, procurement activities, RFP criteria formulation, and vendor evaluations.
- Risk, compliance and release readiness: Ensure coordination of cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, accessibility, legal, brand, and quality requirements, including UAT, business and operational readiness, analytics readiness, and adherence to acceptance criteria prior to launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Technology, Digital Business, Marketing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong digital product management experience within Corporate Marketing, MarTech, B2B Platforms, customer experience, digital commerce, or other related marketing-driven environments, plus exposure to portfolio or multi-product management. Hands-on experience is expected in discovery, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional delivery, launch readiness, and optimization.
- Experience in complex customer-facing organizations such as entertainment and tourism. Exposure to B2B or partner platforms, CRM/MarTech, payments, content platforms, or integrated customer ecosystems is a plus.
- Relevant product, portfolio, program, project, or agile certifications are preferred.
