You will be responsible for architecting and deploying customized AI/analytics-enabled solutions for clients, primarily revolving around advanced technologies, forensic analytics, risk and compliance, and controls/process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the AI-enabled anti-fraud strategy and solution portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end client engagements across fraud analytics and technology programs.
- Architect data and model pipelines and establish model governance.
- Drive go-to-market and revenue growth through shaping offerings and responding to client pitches.
- Develop detection strategies and oversee implementation and integration with workflow tools.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and engage in thought leadership and capability building.
- Ensure compliance with company's and Forensics practice’s goals, KPIs, and targets.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of client needs, business processes, and IT ecosystem.
- Expertise in advanced machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and data analytics.
- Ability to document processes and ensure efficiency in development and deployment.
- Experience with fraud risk assessments and case management workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management and storytelling skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years for Senior Manager or 15+ years for Director in the Forensics and technology space, with a focus on AI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field preferred; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Expertise in AI technologies, forensic analytics, and automation.
- Ideally, prior experience in a consulting firm.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills may be advantageous.
