Key responsibilities include utilizing techniques such as series forecasting, anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and optimization. You will employ common ML algorithms (tree ensembles, gradient boosting, deep learning architectures) and implement MLOps and production deployment strategies using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. The position also involves the practical application of cloud ML and data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data integration strategies. Ensuring model governance, explainability, validation, and performance monitoring in operational environments is essential. You'll lead technical client workshops and present actionable recommendations, as well as engage in business development and drive change adoption within the organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering (Petroleum/Process), or a related discipline.
- 10–15 years of practical experience in data science, analytics, or AI roles with significant exposure to the oil & gas industry (primarily upstream).
- Strong proficiency in data science technologies, cloud platforms, and MLOps tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Consulting/Big Four.
- Knowledge of International Oil Companies (IOCs).
- Technical certifications in cloud, MLOps, or industry standards are a plus.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
