Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop frontend engineers and team leads, fostering a high-performing engineering culture.
- Drive team development and capability building through coaching, performance management, and organization planning.
- Define and evolve frontend engineering standards, best practices, and development processes.
- Provide strong technical leadership in frontend architecture, system design, and implementation.
- Own and guide the evolution of frontend architecture for large-scale enterprise products.
- Partner closely with product managers, UX/design teams, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure high engineering quality through sound testing strategies and modern development practices.
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical and organizational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in frontend engineering, with at least 5+ years in engineering management or technical leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in modern frontend development, particularly with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Proven experience leading the frontend development of large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building and delivering AI/GenAI-powered products or integrating LLM-based services.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma.
- Experience leading frontend teams through architectural modernization or technical transformations.
