We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated leader to manage a team of technical subject matter experts in Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Manager, you will actively contribute to accelerating our customers' success by leading a highly skilled team that builds and maintains clients' technical landscapes through tailored support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of technical subject matter experts and functional consultants.
  • Oversee the successful technical delivery of CSS contracts within designated customer accounts across one or more regions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery account teams, and regional management to ensure effective solutions are implemented.
  • Engage in service and product development activities to drive customer success.
  • Foster strong relationships with partner organizations to enhance CSS delivery capacity.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT organizations.
  • Proven experience in strategic resourcing and delivery management.
  • Experience managing teams of 10 or more.
  • Relevant technical knowledge and experience in Oracle Applications implementations, management, and support (full life-cycle).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or extensive project management experience is advantageous.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments, leveraging onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications:

  • MBA or PMP is recommended.
  • Proven track record in customer management, engineering service scoping, and team leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
  • High-quality communication capabilities.
