We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated leader to manage a team of technical subject matter experts located in Saudi Arabia as our Senior Manager. You will play a crucial role in accelerating customer success by leading a highly skilled team that builds and maintains our clients’ technical landscapes through tailored support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of technical subject matter experts and functional consultants responsible for working with customers to provide guidance and support for Apps & SaaS.
  • Engage closely with the regional CSS Technical Account Manager (TAM) Organization and CSS Sales to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery account teams to implement appropriate solutions for customers.
  • Drive skills development of team members in line with CSS objectives.
  • Maintain regular interaction with partners and third parties to enhance CSS delivery capacity.
  • Ensure the proper technical resource allocation to CSS services and improve the quality of CSS processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in IT organizations with a background in strategic resourcing and delivery environments.
  • Proven experience managing teams (10+ members).
  • Relevant technical experience in Oracle Applications implementations, management, and support.
  • Project Management (PMP) certification or extensive project management experience is preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent is recommended.
