  • Position: Senior Manager Hotel Operating Systems
  • Reports to: Director of Innovation and Technology
  • Role Purpose: Overseeing and enhancing technological systems fundamental to hotel operations
  • Key Accountabilities:
    • Development business units in alignment with the organization's IT mission
    • Ensuring annual budgets are developed and managed
    • Assessing and anticipating technology projects and recommending appropriate action and resources
    • Overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of hotel operating systems
    • Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations
    • Collaborating with the IT team on cybersecurity measures
    • Ensuring compliance with privacy and other relevant legislation
    • Managing the opening of new hotels
    • Developing and implementing a security policy
    • Ensuring provision of Help Desk and incident support
    • Collaborating with service partners for system integration
    • Ensuring compliance with NEOM policy in purchasing, procurement, legal, and contracting processes
    • Developing IT policies and preferred supplier relationships
    • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and discounts
    • Prioritizing IT initiatives and developing justifications
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
    • Must be a good Manager and Team Mentor
    • Self-motivated with analytical problem-solving skills
    • Good written and oral English communication skills
    • Experience with IT leadership management
    • Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology or similar discipline
