Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR analytics strategy and roadmap.
  • Build and manage executive dashboards and data visualization tools.
  • Design and deliver executive-level HR dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Partner with HRIS, IT and EPMO to ensure data quality, integration, and automation.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce trends, productivity, and employee experience to inform strategic HR initiatives.
  • Establish governance standards for HR data and reporting.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle HRIS, Power BI, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
