Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the HR technology roadmap, aligning with business priorities, investments, and expected outcomes.
- Lead HCM implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases, from solution design through testing, deployment, adoption, and support.
- Oversee technology supporting core HR functions, including payroll, time and absence management, recruitment, talent management, learning, and employee self-service.
- Ensure reliable system operations and effective issue resolution, along with maintaining data quality, security, and access controls.
- Manage budgets, technology teams, implementation partners, and dependencies across HR, IT, and Finance.
- Report on portfolio progress, service performance, risks, expenditure, and business benefits to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including substantial leadership of enterprise HCM portfolios or large-scale HR technology transformation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise HCM/ERP systems.
- Proven ownership of both technology delivery and live service operations.
- Experience with system integrations, data governance, security, testing, and release management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and budgets.
- Leadership experience with the company is preferred.
- Experience in complex, multi-entity or regulated organizations is advantageous.
