About the Job:
The role is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s Identity Access Management (IAM) program. Key responsibilities include defining access policies, managing identity lifecycles, overseeing privileged access controls, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security frameworks. This position is critical in ensuring secure and efficient access to systems and data across the enterprise while minimizing risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the enterprise-wide IAM strategy aligned with InfoSec and IT strategies.
  • Design and establish standards for Identity Governance infrastructures, including Active Directory, SAML, ADFS, FIM, Azure, Enterprise Authentication, Single Sign-on, and Provisioning systems.
  • Manage provisioning/de-provisioning of access to applications, infrastructure, and operating systems per established policies and standards.
  • Address and resolve request tickets, ensuring timely resolution of user requests and issues according to SLAs.
  • Oversee processes such as New Hire On-Boarding, Employee Off-Boarding, Department Transfers, Access Remediation, and Privileged Access.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and problem analysis related to access issues in collaboration with other teams, vendors, or users.
  • Support unique/complex security access requests, including internal and external audits and disaster recovery testing.
  • Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain IAM-related documentation, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Enforce and comply with necessary controls, information security policies, procedures, and practices.

Qualifications:

  • A tertiary level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM).
  • 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in user provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Experience in managing and delivering projects, with technical supervisory skills.
  • Expertise in complex technical activities and a history of dealing with larger clients and complex issues.
  • Familiarity with various IAM Technologies such as Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Microsoft Identity Management (FIM/MIM).
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols: Kerberos, LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OAuth.
  • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and provide superior customer service.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is preferred.
