Senior Manager - Infrastructure

As a Senior Manager - Infrastructure, you will provide strategic leadership and direction for all campus operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and long-term objectives. You will oversee the performance and delivery of operational functions, including facilities management, catering, security, housekeeping, and other support services. Your responsibilities will also include developing and implementing operational policies, frameworks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and user experience, while overseeing vendor and contract management, including selection, negotiation, performance monitoring, and renewals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (preferably in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
• 10 to 12 years of experience in a relevant area.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience managing multi-layered teams.
• Language Requirement: Excellent in English.
