The Senior Manager will lead day-to-day operations through a managed services partner, ensuring delivery of agreed outcomes via robust vendor governance, clear roles, accountability, tight Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and a program of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, capable of diving into incidents, challenging technical root causes, and driving permanent fixes while fostering a strong team spirit and operational discipline across the company and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day RUN operations for Infrastructure & Networks services.
- Ensure service delivery meets business expectations, especially for retail-critical services.
- Lead managed services delivery through operational governance and proactive risk management.
- Manage complex incidents and high-severity problems, providing technical leadership during critical situations.
- Drive software-driven operations and transformative IT service delivery models.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure and/or Networks operations within large enterprise environments.
- Proven experience leading RUN operations with managed services delivery.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory and Windows Server.
- Solid experience in Cisco networking and enterprise networking fundamentals.
- Background in Storage and Backup operations, preferably with Commvault.
- ITIL-aligned operations leadership.
