Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Technology Service Resilience for Mashreq’s data centers/computer rooms (24+ locations globally), including assessment, development, testing, and maintenance of an IT Service Resilience Plan.
- Lead a global testing program to ensure recovery from disruptions to facilities, technology systems, or applications.
- Manage Technology Service Resilience across all Mashreq sites, including both UAE and international locations.
- Participate in cloud technology strategy planning, including service recovery capability and SLA formations.
- Introduce modern recovery techniques and methods to ensure fast and efficient recovery of business operations and critical IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing multi-site technology service resiliency programs within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in managing technology services across various platforms, including data centers, co-location facilities, and cloud services.
- Professional certification in Business and Technology Service Resilience.
- Advanced knowledge in IT operations and disaster recovery automation.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and procedures.
