Senior Manager - Infrastructure Resilience

The Senior Manager - Infrastructure Resilience is responsible for managing the bank’s Technology Resilience of Services hosted globally. This role includes maintaining and enhancing the robustness, reliability, and recoverability of Infrastructure and business application services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Technology Service Resilience for Mashreq’s data centers/computer rooms (24+ locations globally), including assessment, development, testing, and maintenance of an IT Service Resilience Plan.
• Lead a global testing program to ensure recovery from disruptions to facilities, technology systems, or applications.
• Manage Technology Service Resilience across all Mashreq sites, including both UAE and international locations.
• Participate in cloud technology strategy planning, including service recovery capability and SLA formations.
• Introduce modern recovery techniques and methods to ensure fast and efficient recovery of business operations and critical IT systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience in implementing multi-site technology service resiliency programs within the financial services sector.
• Expertise in managing technology services across various platforms, including data centers, co-location facilities, and cloud services.
• Professional certification in Business and Technology Service Resilience.
• Advanced knowledge in IT operations and disaster recovery automation.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and procedures.
