Responsibilities

Strategic & Domain Leadership
- Define and maintain the domain architecture roadmap, aligned to enterprise principles, business objectives, and the company's digital transformation goals.
- Provide architectural leadership across projects, ensuring designs are scalable, secure, and aligned to national standards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable architectural blueprints.

Governance & Compliance
- Lead architecture governance processes, including the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and adherence to EA frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with KSA regulations including:
- National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC).
- Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) standards.
- PDPL and related data protection requirements.
- Apply NORA (National Overall Reference Architecture) and ensure the company's enterprise architecture aligns with national interoperability and digital transformation objectives.

Solution Oversight
- Oversee solution design in major programs (ERP, CRM, Finance and Treasury).
- Validate solution proposals from vendors and ensure compliance with enterprise patterns, integration guidelines, and national frameworks.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance for high-impact domains such as integration, cloud migration, and enterprise data platforms.

Team & Vendor Leadership
- Mentor and coach Solution and Enterprise Architects, building capability within the EA team.
- Collaborate with internal IT, cybersecurity, and PMO functions to ensure project success.
- Engage with vendors, consultants, and regulators to ensure solutions align with both the company's and KSA digital/IT strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise or solution architecture leadership.
- Proven expertise in EA frameworks such as TOGAF, and NORA (National Overall Reference Architecture).
- Deep understanding of KSA regulations and standards, including NCA ECC, PDPL, and SDAIA.
- Strong background in applications, integration, and data architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise integration.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, particularly in semi-government or PIF entity environments.
- Experience working in real estate, smart city, or government sector IT initiatives is highly desirable.
