Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight of IT infrastructure, systems, and technology platforms, ensuring high availability and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Oversee the 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC), focusing on proactive real-time monitoring and incident response.
- Lead execution and technology feasibility studies, guiding architectural decisions and planning.
- Drive infrastructure initiatives including data center modernization, cloud migration, and platform upgrades.
- Ensure strong governance for infrastructure and operational project portfolios, aligning with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Cyber Security Operations to enhance security posture across operational infrastructure.
- Conduct disaster recovery drills to meet defined Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
- Ensure compliance in daily backup operations and maintain accurate visibility in IT Asset Management.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT operations and infrastructure support team.
- Assure smooth service transition and knowledge transfer on all new business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management, with a focus on team management.
- Fluent in English.
- Certifications in IT governance and service management frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL are preferred.
