Senior Manager, Launch Quality

The Senior Manager, Launch Quality is responsible for leading all Quality activities for new vehicle programs within the company, ensuring flawless execution from early development through ramp-up and SOP. This role drives cross-functional alignment, establishes robust launch Quality systems, and supports greenfield plant readiness. With extensive OEM experience, the Senior Manager ensures that new models meet world-class Quality standards, while building strong processes, teams, and capabilities that support long-term Lean and Manufacturing Operational Excellence.

You Will:

• Lead all Quality-related activities for new vehicle programs, from concept through SOP and early ramp-up.
• Develop and execute comprehensive Launch Quality Plans, including APQP deliverables, Quality gates, and readiness metrics.
• Drive Design for Quality (DFQ) integration with Product and Manufacturing Engineering teams.

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in automotive OEMs, including leading multiple new vehicles launch from concept to full production capacity.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and architecture.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional launch programs.
• Excellent analytical, data-driven decision-making skills.
