Key Responsibilities
- Oversee leasing operations for retail commercial properties in the Dubai region.
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maximize leasing opportunities.
- Conduct regular evaluations of tenant satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and develop strategic leasing plans.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Familiarity with commercial lease agreements and retail market regulations in the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and lease management software.
