As a Senior Manager - Liabilities & Payments Projects, you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects related to the bank’s Liabilities & Payments products. This role requires managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of product enhancements, new features, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of Liabilities & Payments projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Collaborate with product, IT, and operations teams to ensure projects meet business objectives.
- Monitor project progress to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing Liabilities and Payments products in collaboration with product teams.
- Align product features with customer needs and market trends.
- Recommend improvements based on the performance of Liabilities and Payments products derived from customer feedback.
- Ensure projects comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, collaborating with compliance and risk management teams.
- Stay updated on industry regulations to ensure compliance with evolving standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with external vendors and partners to support project delivery.
- Lead project teams in managing operational challenges and risks, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Monitor team performance and provide support for successful project delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in product management or project management within banking or financial services, focused on Liabilities & Payments products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or product management certifications are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Liabilities & Payments products, project management principles, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion with excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
