Position

Due to the company's new strategy, an exciting opportunity has been created whereby we are looking to add a Senior Manager for our Marketing and Consumer Intelligence team based in Riyadh. As a senior manager, you will help with the delivery of client-centric solutions in the area of consumer insight and marketing effectiveness solutions. The purpose of this role is to accelerate top line and deliver profitable growth by delivering against opportunities in client-facing work and helping our clients achieve higher ROI with key business questions expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage ad hoc, usually survey-based research services projects.
  • Receive and understand client briefs to develop research design and proposals.
  • Design questionnaires and interview/discussion guides.
  • Analyze data and information to develop conclusions and solid recommendations.
  • Analyze and evaluate results to present and report on work from proposal to analysis stage.
  • Contribute to contract negotiation and prepare and control costs/budgeting.
  • Act as the main link resource to the client and develop and maintain close relationships and communication with client decision-makers. Brief and train field staff.
  • Gather and accumulate useful field data, summarize, and analyze secondary data.
  • Manage projects and maintain close working relationships between key members such as analysts, field staff, and administration.

Your Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in a research-related field, preferably with retail, marketing sciences, or CRM emphasis.
  • Experience in custom/adhoc survey-based research, especially in the area of consumer insight or brand-tracking solutions, is preferred. Experience in digital analytics is a further plus.
  • Analytical with excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver accurate results on time.
  • Strong client-handling skills, with an ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and add value and insight to our projects.
  • Initiative, creative thinking, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
