About the Role:
Lead the delivery and governance of all mechanical disciplines across projects, ensuring the successful implementation of HVAC, public health, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, district cooling, controls, and building management systems. This role involves reviewing and approving mechanical design deliverables, BIM models, IFC packages, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. You will drive value engineering, technical due diligence, constructability reviews, and lifecycle cost optimization while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, international codes, and fire & life-safety standards. Responsibilities also include monitoring consultant and contractor performance and managing technical, quality, cost, and programme risks, as well as leading site inspections, technical audits, testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities. You will manage technical variations, procurement evaluations, claims support, and commercial considerations, while leading and developing multidisciplinary teams to drive technical excellence and operational performance.

About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 12–15 years of experience within major real estate or infrastructure developments.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior management or discipline leadership role.
- Proven experience managing consultants and contractors through design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, mechanical codes, sustainability standards, BIM coordination, and commissioning practices.
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and project delivery expertise.
