The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for managing strategic projects within the Network & Scheduling area to optimize profitability. This includes developing and implementing future tools pertinent to the area. Additionally, the Senior Manager will oversee airport incentives from the Network Planning side and provide guidance to the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of two managers focused on strategic projects in Network Planning and Scheduling.
- Promote a healthy work environment with an emphasis on team development.
- Manage day-to-day strategic projects to drive revenue and cost efficiencies for improved profitability.
- Articulate and leverage Etihad’s hub structure to enhance fleet utilization and connectivity.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify strategic growth areas and improve scheduling efficiencies.
- Develop business cases and recommendations for new initiatives aimed at boosting profitability.
- Create and implement innovative tools and processes for competitive advantage.
- Drive automation in the Network and Scheduling area to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Manage airport incentives in coordination with Procurement to negotiate financial support from airport partners.
- Maintain the relationship with Abu Dhabi Airports.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Engineering (post-graduate qualifications are an advantage).
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial strategy and planning, finance, or operations research/planning.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with significant interaction across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership, project management, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
