Senior Manager – Operations - Emirati

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager – Operations to oversee operational performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic business objectives.

Salary
Up to AED 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, service delivery, and overall operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve departmental objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• UAE National.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, KPI monitoring, and process improvement.
