Senior Manager, Performance Marketing

About the Job:

The Senior Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for defining and leading the growth strategy for FACES across digital and omnichannel customer touchpoints. This role is accountable for driving sustainable revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value, while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy for FACES, focusing on acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Own commercial growth targets and lead initiatives to enhance traffic, conversion, average order value, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead performance marketing and demand generation activities across relevant channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, retail, e-commerce, product, content, analytics, and technology teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights.
• Establish a robust experimentation framework and scale successful initiatives.
• Monitor growth performance through dashboards and business reviews.
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners to ensure strong ROI.
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in growth, digital commerce, performance marketing, or commercial leadership roles.
• Proven experience in multi-brand e-commerce environments.
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition channels and lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
