Senior Manager - Personal Protection Equipment

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) profit center in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in our safety products division.

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the PPE business unit as a strong profit center
• Manage revenues, profits, and growth targets for the safety products division
• Expand operations, enlarge customer base, and increase bottom-line contribution
• Oversee product portfolio including helmets, work wear, safety glasses, and boots
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Ensure operational excellence through quality control and process efficiencies
• Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of the profit center
• Drive new product development and marketing initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in the PPE industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably in the safety products or industrial equipment sector
• Proven track record of managing a profit center or business unit
• Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market preferred
• Fluency in English and Arabic
