Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the PPE business unit as a strong profit center
- Manage revenues, profits, and growth targets for the safety products division
- Expand operations, enlarge customer base, and increase bottom-line contribution
- Oversee product portfolio including helmets, work wear, safety glasses, and boots
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Ensure operational excellence through quality control and process efficiencies
- Manage budgets, costs, and financial performance of the profit center
- Drive new product development and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in the PPE industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or operations management, preferably in the safety products or industrial equipment sector
- Proven track record of managing a profit center or business unit
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
