Senior Manager - PMO

We are seeking a Senior Manager for the Project Management Office (PMO) who will play a central role in executing strategic programs through strong governance, portfolio oversight, and executive engagement. The role involves overseeing a portfolio of corporate projects and functional initiatives, setting priorities, monitoring performance, and managing interdependencies.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps with clear objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Overseeing risk and issue identification and resolution to ensure timely intervention and effective decision-making.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to align strategic priorities and ensure successful execution.

This position demands visible leadership across the organization, fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of air travel through disciplined execution and project management expertise.

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 8 years of experience in project and portfolio management, including 3 to 5 years in a managerial role. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Key qualifications include:

• Expertise in portfolio governance, project planning, stakeholder management, risk and issue resolution, change management, and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Airline experience, particularly in a Commercial or Operations function during rapid growth/expansion is highly advantageous.
