Own SHARE’s shopping Product Marketing strategy and GTM across the company. Lead shopper insights, positioning, and value propositions to launch features, seasonal campaigns, and retail offers. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Product Marketing strategy and GTM for SHARE’s shopping products and initiatives.
  • Lead shopper insight and segmentation to identify behaviors, triggers, barriers, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and own value propositions, CVP, and positioning for shopping experiences (discovery → checkout, partnerships, in-app).
  • Drive launch and campaign planning for seasonal moments, retail offers, and major events (audience, messaging, channels, KPIs).
  • Create strong creative/content briefs and align execution across Creative Studio, CRM, Paid Media, Product, BI, and agencies.
  • Own the POD roadmap and prioritization, focusing on frequency, basket size, app usage, redemption, and engagement.
  • Lead stakeholder alignment and internal storytelling, influencing BUs with clear narratives and structured GTM governance.
  • Own measurement and optimization (dashboards, post-campaign readouts, test-and-learn), driving ROI and incremental revenue.

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in Product Marketing / GTM, ideally across multiple markets.
  • Proven background in Retail, Grocery, Fashion, FMCG, or Loyalty-based product marketing.
  • Strong insight-to-action capability: shopper research, segmentation, and translating data into clear value propositions.
  • Demonstrated success leading multi-channel launches and campaigns (CRM/lifecycle, paid, in-app/on-site) with KPI ownership.
  • Excellent cross-functional and senior stakeholder management (Product, BI, Creative, Media, Commercial/Retail BUs), influencing without authority.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen including dashboarding, experimentation (test-and-learn), and ROI/forecasting.
