Position

The Product Marketing Manager – SHARE will lead the go-to-market strategy and marketing initiatives for SHARE’s shopping products across the company. The role translates shopper insights into clear value propositions, drives multi-channel campaigns, and ensures cross-functional alignment to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. It also owns the product roadmap, campaign execution, and performance measurement to maximize app engagement, basket size, and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM strategy for SHARE shopping products, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and retail events.
  • Translate shopper insights into actionable value propositions and marketing narratives.
  • Own the product marketing roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with the highest impact on engagement and revenue.
  • Align campaigns and initiatives across Product, CRM, Creative, Paid Media, and Business Units.
  • Drive execution of cross-channel campaigns including in-app, onsite, and lifecycle journeys.
  • Measure performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for improved commercial outcomes.
  • Build compelling internal storytelling, decks, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Product Marketing, GTM strategy, and multi-channel campaign execution in Retail, Grocery, Fashion, FMCG, or loyalty-based products.
  • Expertise in shopper insight, customer value proposition (CVP), positioning, and lifecycle/funnel optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills, including working with senior retail leaders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data, measure performance, and optimize campaigns.
