About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced Senior MarTech Products Specialist to take product ownership of MarTech capabilities across the company’s digital and marketing ecosystem. The role will be responsible for translating Marketing, Digital, asset and business needs into clear MarTech capabilities, requirements, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes. The role will work closely with the MarTech Technical Lead, Engineering, Architecture, Data, CRM/GSC, Marketing, Experience Design, Delivery, and vendor teams to ensure the company's MarTech platforms are adopted, governed, and continuously improved. This role will help the company retain ownership of its MarTech roadmap, business requirements, platform decisions, and operational knowledge, while ensuring vendor delivery remains transparent, measurable, and aligned to the company's priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead demand intake and prioritisation for MarTech use cases across campaigns, journeys, personalisation, analytics, content lifecycle, paid media, social, DAM, and publishing.
  • Translate business, Marketing, and asset requirements into clear MarTech capabilities, user journeys, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Own the MarTech product roadmap, priorities, and backlog across Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, AEP, AJO, CJA, Target, DAM / Content Hub, Sprinklr, Workfront, web and app analytics platforms such as GA4, and mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust, alongside broader campaign enablement capabilities.
  • Partner with the MarTech Technical Lead to align roadmap priorities with platform architecture, technical feasibility, integration dependencies, security, data readiness, and delivery capacity.
  • Define and maintain product documentation, business process flows, platform requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, operating procedures, and knowledge artefacts.
  • Ensure MarTech capabilities are designed for reuse across the company's assets, brands, channels, and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate dependencies across Marketing, Product, Delivery, Engineering, Architecture, Data Office, CRM/GSC, Cybersecurity, Legal/Privacy, vendors, and external partners.
  • Provide product direction and oversight to vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery remains aligned to the company's standards, priorities, and business outcomes.
  • Support MarTech governance forums by preparing roadmap updates, demand prioritisation, risks, decisions, dependencies, value tracking, and adoption reporting.
  • Monitor adoption, campaign performance, customer engagement, platform usage, reporting quality, and business outcomes after release.
  • Support MarkOps operating model implementation, including campaign intake, approval workflows, QA, launch readiness, reporting, and handover to Marketing.
  • Drive continuous improvement across MarTech processes, platform adoption, automation, content lifecycle, and campaign execution.
  • Ensure platform decisions, requirements, playbooks, and operational knowledge are retained within the company.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management, MarTech, digital product, marketing technology, or customer experience platform experience.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and digital experience capabilities, ideally including Adobe Experience Cloud, AEM, AEP, AJO, CJA, Target, DAM / Content Hub, Sprinklr, or Workfront.
  • Experience translating business and marketing needs into product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with campaign lifecycle, customer journeys, segmentation, personalisation, analytics, tagging, content operations, social publishing, or marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, consent, customer profiles, digital platforms, and modern delivery practices.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, system integrators, agencies, or outsourced delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Digital, Product, Engineering, Data, CRM, Legal/Privacy, and vendor teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use adoption, campaign, customer, operational, and platform data to guide prioritisation.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, cross-domain dependencies, and complex multi-vendor delivery environments.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
