About The Role:
The Senior Manager Program Delivery will manage end-to-end delivery of the Enterprise Systems portfolio, which includes ERP, HCM, Finance, Procurement, EPM, Automation, and Corporate Platforms. This role is critical for ensuring reliable and secure program delivery aligned with the Enterprise Systems Operating Model, enabling stable and high-performing enterprise solutions while maintaining operational continuity.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing end-to-end ownership of enterprise initiatives.
• Driving stakeholder alignment, vendor performance, and disciplined change management.
• Championing continuous improvement, risk management, and a focus on safety and operational readiness.
• Building, coaching, and empowering high-performing teams.

About You:
Candidates should be degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Enterprise Systems delivery, encompassing ERP, HRIS, Finance, Procurement, EPM, or Digital Transformation. Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and alignment of IT with business goals are essential. Expertise in program planning, financial oversight, and risk management within regulated settings is required. Proven leadership experience managing program teams and delivery partners is also preferred.
