About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career as a Senior Manager within the company’s Global Payments Solutions (GPS) team for a Short-term Assignment of 3 months. In this role, you will support the Regional Revenue Management Head to implement pricing and billing initiatives across MENAT. Your focus will be on enhancing governance, improving automation, and reducing revenue leakage through meticulous monitoring, management information (MI), and remediation strategies.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Own pricing and billing controls, governance, and risk mitigation to ensure robust oversight and minimize billing risk.
- Strengthen the Global Billing system (GBS) 12-controls framework, including evidence standards, management information (MI), remediation tracking, and control-effectiveness monitoring.
- Monitor and improve control performance to reduce billing errors, operational weaknesses, and recurring issues.
- Proactively manage revenue leakage by identifying, analyzing, and resolving root causes.
- Perform or oversee reviews of billing exception reports, unposted entries, and Suspense Record Summary (SRS) reports.
- Provide clear reporting and governance oversight on exceptions, remediation progress, revenue leakage, and outstanding risks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Existing access to HUB, with demonstrated experience navigating and using the platform effectively.
- Strong analytical capability, including root-cause analysis, corrective-action tracking, and the use of MI to identify trends and issues.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience creating accurate, insightful reports and management information.
- Detail-oriented and controls-focused, with the ability to balance operational pace and risk, and communicate clear, concise guidance to senior stakeholders.
- A full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. Degrees obtained outside the UAE require valid attestations and equivalency.
- Under the New Labour Law, only fixed term contracts shall be available to all employees. A 4-year contract will be issued in line with the term of the work permit.
