Key Responsibilities
- Own overall program and project delivery to achieve defined business outcomes.
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute integrated project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Monitor progress and proactively adjust plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations, dependencies, issues, and escalations at senior levels.
- Provide clear and regular status reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify potential risks and issues; develop and execute mitigation strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA FI – General Ledger, ensuring alignment between finance requirements and delivery execution.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance delivery environment.
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting professional development and capability growth.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FI – General Ledger.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
- Strong background in program and project management within complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Program & Project Management methodologies is preferred.
- Exposure to energy, oil & gas, or large industrial clients is advantageous.
- Experience delivering projects in the UAE or wider Middle East is recommended.
