Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a diverse Solution Engineering team to capture market share.
- Partner with Sales leadership on commercial deals and secure new logos.
- Orchestrate complex end-to-end opportunity engagements from a Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales perspective.
- Foster innovation by ensuring the team continuously evolves its approach to solution selling.
- Build and nurture C-level relationships across key accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales organization to develop and execute growth plans.
- Hire, mentor, and manage performance to ensure career growth and succession planning.
Experience/Skills Required:
- 5+ years in leadership roles, particularly in Solution Engineering/Pre-Sales.
- Deep understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns.
- Excellent storytelling abilities to engage diverse audiences at the executive level.
- Persuasive communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
- Passion for technology and innovation with a proven ability to think ahead.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Customer 360 Platform and other CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Cloud Computing and its business benefits.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain complex technological and business concepts.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
