Senior Manager - Storage and Data Protection

The company, a leader in AI-powered cloud and digital infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Manager in Storage and Data Protection Engineering. This role is pivotal in leading teams of storage engineers and systems architects responsible for designing, architecting, deploying, operating, and continuously evolving cloud-scale and distributed storage and data protection platforms. The Senior Manager will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, mentoring, and strategic direction while remaining actively involved in complex engineering initiatives. The role demands deep hands-on engineering expertise in storage and data protection technologies combined with strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale storage and data protection.
• 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in cloud-scale storage platforms and data protection technologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and operational lifecycle management.
• Relevant certifications in Storage, Data Protection, Cloud, or related technologies are advantageous.
