About The Role
The Senior Manager - Strategic Programs will facilitate successful outcomes through the coordination of cross-functional teams across the company's delivery ecosystem. This role involves managing complex programs across the full delivery lifecycle, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that business outcomes remain the primary focus. Responsibilities include coordinating distributed project teams and supporting the delivery of high-complexity programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of complex programs across onsite and offshore models, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, providing structure, follow-up, and clarity for effective execution.
- Connect global and virtual project teams to support successful program delivery.
- Assist stakeholders through delivery complexity while maintaining focus on agreed business outcomes.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating risks or decisions when necessary.
- Prepare program updates and decision materials for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10-12+ years of program management experience with a proven ability to drive delivery impact.
- Experience managing successful, end-to-end complex programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and manage conflicts.
- Solid understanding of business financial practices and program financials.
