Your Responsibilities
- Champion Safety First, wellbeing, and inclusive behaviours across project delivery.
- Manage quality, programme, and deliverables from brief through construction.
- Oversee budgets, risks, governance, and sustainable business outcomes.
- Manage teams, stakeholders, and consultants to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee structural engineering design, reviews, coordination, and technical assurance.
- Manage consultants, contractors, and authorities to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
- Drive high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across delivery.
You’ll Need to Have
- A degree in structural engineering or a related discipline; master’s preferred.
- Chartered Engineer status or PMP accreditation is advantageous.
- Significant structural leadership experience on major commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong capabilities in design, standards, stakeholder, and consultant management.
