Senior Manager, Systems Engineering – Central Gulf

Are you passionate about uncovering customers’ business challenges and devising tailored solutions? The company is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Manager, Systems Engineering – Central Gulf (covering Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar) to lead a team of Presales Systems Engineers/Managers as part of the sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer success.

You will oversee the development and engagement of Systems Engineers who educate, consult, assess, architect, and propose the company solutions to technical decision-makers across various business segments. You will also partner with Regional Directors, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver maximum value from the company solutions and manage customer and partner escalations.

Your role includes coaching and talent development of Systems Engineers (SEs) to ensure they meet sales targets and skill development goals, collaborating with Talent Acquisition to recruit and hire new SEs, supporting SEs in drafting assessments, preparing complex product specifications, and problem-solving, facilitating cross-functional escalations to ensure customer/partner satisfaction, and managing team metrics, hiring, and promoting team members based on skill criteria.

What you will bring to the role includes 5+ years of management experience or equivalent, 10+ years in a Presales customer-facing technical role, a Bachelor's Degree and working knowledge of Information Technology or equivalent experience, strong leadership and people management skills, technical experience with virtualization, data center consolidation, and server technologies, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with high ethical standards.
