Senior Manager - Systems Engineering

About the Job:
Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Manager - Systems Engineering to join our team on the Qiddiya project. In this role, you will design, research, and develop highly advanced applications that could lead to new product and business opportunities for the company. You will lead a project team responsible for the design, development, integration, operation, and maintenance of complex technology systems. Your extensive experience will enable you to oversee team efforts and provide analyses and assessments of system requirements, processes, and methodologies, ensuring total system integration and performance while meeting cost, schedule, and technical objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts within your area of expertise.
• Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
• Solve unusually complex problems with highly creative solutions.
• Lead a diverse team and work towards long-range plans and objectives.
• Participate in efforts to capture new business through technical work and capability briefings.
• Provide technical direction and support to team members.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant platforms, operating systems, and programming languages (e.g., C and C++).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with system engineering tools and industry practices.
• Ability to work independently with considerable judgment and initiative.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical/scientific discipline; an advanced degree may be preferred.
• 10+ years of related professional experience.
