Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Cloud Delivery:
- Lead enterprise-scale data center and hybrid cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Manage enterprise storage and backup ecosystems with an emphasis on Commvault, NetApp, EMC, Pure Storage.

Network Infrastructure:
- Lead enterprise network architecture and operations – LAN/WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, MPLS.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of firewall administration.

Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- End-to-end management of enterprise security stack, including vulnerability assessment tools and incident response capabilities.

Application, Testing & Release Management:
- Drive end-to-end application lifecycle and implement CI/CD pipelines.

ITSM & Service Delivery:
- Implement ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.

Project & Delivery Management:
- Lead multi-domain IT transformation programs and manage multi-vendor ecosystems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Advanced technical certifications strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Delivery, with at least 7 years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability for in-depth troubleshooting across multiple technical areas.
- Hands-on expertise in VMware, Storage & Backup technologies, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud platforms, and ITSM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (preferred) and English.
