Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Cloud Delivery
- Lead enterprise-scale data center & hybrid cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Extensive experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere clusters, NSX, vSAN.
- Strong background in Windows/Linux server administration, patching, hardening, and performance tuning.
- Manage enterprise storage & backup ecosystems with emphasis on Commvault, NetApp, EMC, Pure Storage, replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery orchestration.

Network Infrastructure
- Lead enterprise network architecture and operations – LAN/WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, MPLS.
- Expertise in Cisco/Juniper/Arista switching and routing with protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
- Deep hands-on knowledge of firewall administration – Fortinet (FortiGate), Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto.
- Experience with load balancers, reverse proxies, and advanced monitoring (packet capture, traffic analysis, NetFlow/SNMP, etc.).

Cybersecurity & Compliance
- End-to-end management of enterprise security stack including hands-on experience with NAC (Network Access Control), Vulnerability Assessment tools and remediation planning, Threat Intelligence Platforms, HSM (Hardware Security Modules), KMS (Key Management Systems), and Digital Forensics capabilities.
- Ensure alignment with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, GDPR.

Application, Testing & Release Management
- Drive end-to-end application lifecycle – from dev oversight to automated testing and deployment.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
- Oversee functional, regression, and performance testing automation.

ITSM & Service Delivery
- Implement ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Manage ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
- Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and operational runbooks.

Project & Delivery Management
- Lead multi-domain IT transformation programs – such as Cloud migrations, DC consolidations, Cybersecurity rollouts.
- Review High/Low-Level Designs and ensure technical sign-off.
- Manage multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Advanced technical certifications are strongly preferred.
- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Delivery, with 7+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven ability to deep dive into network, server, storage, cloud, and security troubleshooting.
- Excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English is preferred.
