Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure & Cloud Delivery: Lead enterprise-scale data center & hybrid cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP), with experience in VMware, server administration, and enterprise storage management.
- Network Infrastructure: Oversee enterprise network architecture and operations, including VPNs, SD-WAN, and firewall administration.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Manage the enterprise security stack, ensuring alignment with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and GDPR, and lead incident response efforts.
- Application, Testing & Release Management: Drive the application lifecycle from development to deployment, implementing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring release governance.
- ITSM & Service Delivery: Implement ITIL processes, manage ITSM platforms, and define operational runbooks.
- Project & Delivery Management: Lead IT transformation programs, manage multi-vendor ecosystems, and ensure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Delivery, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven troubleshooting expertise across network, server, storage, cloud, and security domains.
- Mastery in multiple technology areas such as VMware, storage systems, networking, and cybersecurity stacks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic (preferred) and English.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks and IT governance.
