Responsibilities:
- Project Scope and Objectives: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring goal alignment with business objectives.
- Project Planning: Develop project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; identify dependencies and critical paths; and conduct post-project reviews.
- Technical Problem Solving: Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues, providing necessary guidance and support to team members.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and implement tracking mechanisms for metrics and KPIs.
- Team Coordination and Task Management: Drive team ceremonies, document tasks with clear estimates, and facilitate communication across project teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure smooth execution of project tasks and alignment with other initiatives while maintaining open communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in project management, with a minimum of 3 years managing technical projects in a software development environment.
- Skills: Technical supervision, expertise in complex technical activities, strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies, proficiency in project management tools.
- Behavioral Competencies: Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and strong organizational skills.
